The black drop descends in the exhalation or the inhalation?
I find it more effective during an exhalation. But as always with meditation it’s a very personal experience of experimentation 😉
Exhalation makes more sense to me too.
Plus it’s harder to say „ahhhhhhhh“ on an inhalation.
